Cinta Moreso

La Nave de los Locos ("the ship of fools") is the project of Cinta Moreso, who hails from Tortosa and who worked as a translator and a sommelier before embarking on her viticultural project. Cinta tends several small plots at 700-1100 meters above sea level, on unique granite and decomposed chalk soils that attracted her to the zone, collaborating with her partner Carlos Ingala, a soil scientist, to give specified care to each site. No chemical treatments are used in the vines, and in the cellar, Cinta lets the grapes sing, letting the wines ferment spontaneously, and not adding or subtracting anything from the wines in the process.
