🌱 9:00 – 13:00 | Syntropic Agroforestry Course — An introduction to the basics of designing and managing a syntropic agroforestry system. We'll start with a theory session over coffee or infusion, covering the core principles, then get our hands dirty in the soil — pruning and managing the tree and vegetable lines in a real, productive food forest.

🍕 13:00 | Pizza Lunch — Refuel with homemade pizza, fresh from the fire: organic sourdough bases topped with our own farm produce, cheese, and olives.

A local morning to get your hands in the soil and taste what regenerative farming is all about.
