Helena's Black Honey Filter

This 250g bag of filter coffee beans comes from the Kawo Kamina forests in Sheka, Ethiopia, and is produced by Heleanna Georgalis at 2,000 meters above sea level using the Honey process. Made with traditional Ethiopian varieties and sourced through direct trade since 2016, it offers a bright and delicate cup with notes of orange blossom, grapefruit, and pineapple.
